Not a bad word spotted about LEGO Ideas Hocus Pocus set
24 hours on from LEGO Ideas 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage, here’s what fans of both the movie and LEGO had to say.
Initial reactions to the latest LEGO Ideas set to be officially revealed have been overwhelmingly positive, with just a few obligatory grumbles about the price (£199.99 / $229.99 / €229.99). Whether fans of the movie or fans of medieval LEGO sets, the air of excitement on Twitter was palpable.
As with many LEGO sets that take inspiration from existing franchises or titles, some people were quick to spot ways to blend fanbases with one purchase.

Others are already counting down the days (or, sadly, weeks) until 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage will make it onto shelves.
Of course, for any set of this size and level of detail, it’s not going to be a low-budget set. Still, there’s plenty of people who aren’t letting a little thing like money get in the way of their excitement.
If you’re a fan of LEGO sets based on movies and TV shows, the LEGO Group has rather spoiled you over the last few years, with a number of collaborations with various popular titles. Put simply, you might have a long wish list, like this Twitter user…
Finally, some people took to wondering whether stars of the film, like Bette Midler who plays lead Sanderson Sister, Winifred, had seen the news. Other actors and celebrities have delighted in seeing the minifigure versions of themselves, so we can only hope that Bette and the rest of the cast will be just as pleased.
With all of those strong reactions, the next LEGO Ideas set is sure to be a hot purchase at the beginning of July, when 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage launches on July 1 for VIP members, and July 4 for everyone else, retailing at £199.99 / $229.99 / €229.99. For now, here’s a reminder of every LEGO Ideas set in production right now.
