It’s your last chance to tell Brick Search what you like (and don’t like) about…Brick Search

Brick Search’s March 2024 survey comes to an end at midnight on April 8 – don’t miss out on your chance to tell us what you think about our app (and win a LEGO gift card).

Are we at Brick Search just insecure, needy and desperate for validation and interaction? Yes, obviously, but there was also a practical reason for launching this extensive survey: we genuinely wanted to know about you, your thoughts on Brick Search and the LEGO fan experience in general.

The survey has been running for just over two weeks now and the response has been incredible. We’re grateful to the LEGO community for taking the time to fill it in and share their thoughts on Brick Search, their LEGO shopping habits, their priorities when it comes to LEGO collecting and their experiences with Brickset.

We’re closing the survey at 00:00 BST on Monday April 8 so there’s still time take it if you’re reading this before then. You can find the survey here. You don’t need to have downloaded Brick Search to complete the survey, but it might help – the app is available here for Android and here for iOS devices.

Brick Search is an ever-evolving app – just this year we introduced the minifigure box scanner that allows you to discover which Series 25 minifigure is in which box without needing to open the box first. Who knew that was coming a year ago? Not us, that’s for sure – but we saw the LEGO community was looking for a solution to a problem and we were able to provide one.

It’s in that spirit that we’re asking for your thoughts about what Brick Search might do next: do you want LEGO news and reviews in the app? Should we work on integrating with Brickset? Shall we send one of our team round to dust your LEGO sets every few months? Frankly, that last one’s not going to happen, but the other two…?

But it’s not just about the future – we want to know what you currently like or dislike about our app as well. We think it’s pretty good but we know it’s not perfect and the best way to find out what we could improve is to ask the people who use it, so that’s what we’re doing. The questionnaire is here if you’ve not taken it yet.

It’s comprehensive – we’re asking about you as a LEGO fan, your LEGO shopping habits, your thoughts on Brick Search and if and how you use Brickset. It’ll take 15 to 20 minutes, and we know that’s a not insignificant chunk of time out of your busy schedule so to sweeten the deal, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a £/$/€100 LEGO.com voucher.

Brick Search is the LEGO set app but it’s not possible to be that without the LEGO community – so thank you for downloading (if you haven’t, you can find the download links here) and thank you in advance for completing our survey.
