LEGO Creator Expert 10262 James Bond Aston Martin DB5 confirmed

A LEGO branded store has confirmed that LEGO Creator Expert 10262 James Bond Aston Martin DB5 is coming soon.

The LEGO Certified Store in Budapest has used the chain’s website to announce LEGO Creator Expert 10262 James Bond Aston Martin DB5, offering pre-orders for customers. The set has been extensively teased by the LEGO Group and seems to be being unveiled on July 18 at a special event at the LEGO Store Leicester Square, London.

In Budapest, the set will be released on August 8, and available to pre-order from August 1. One set can be pre-ordered per customer. Pre-ordered sets can be collected from one of Hungary’s three LEGO Certified Stores. The price is listed as 49999Ft, which works out at around £135 – much cheaper than previously rumoured.

It is an unusual step for the LEGO Group to release a licensed set under the Creator Expert brand, suggesting that this will be a one-off rather than the beginning of a James Bond theme.
