LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog 77000 Shadow Bust rumoured
Ahead of the third Sonic the Hedgehog movie featuring Shadow, an interesting 18+ LEGO set for the character is rumoured – 77000 Shadow Bust.
While the first 18+ LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog set may have been 21331 Sonic the Hedgehog – Green Hill Zone, the second for the franchise is rumoured to introduce a significant twist. Reddit user Clay_Bricks reports that brick_clicker has stated that the previously-rumoured 77000 18+ LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog set is a bust of Shadow the Hedgehog.
Note that this information is not present on a post on Instagram featuring other rumours on the Reddit post and all information should be taken with caution.
The character has already received a minifigure and a BrickHeadz ahead of his inclusion in the third Sonic the Hedgehog movie on December 20, 2024, but now it’s rumoured that the LEGO Group will be taking the LEGO Shadow the Hedgehog models to the next level with the 720-piece 77000 Shadow Bust for $69.99, said to launch on October 1, 2024.
It’s believed that the bust of the character would be in the same style as the LEGO Star Wars, Marvel and DC helmets, including 76285 Spider-Man’s Mask. That Marvel model uses 487 pieces but the higher piece count of the rumoured 77000 Shadow Bust may be to properly replicate the character’s distinctive quills.
For now, 77000 Shadow Bust is only a rumour and all reported details should be taken with caution. Provided the rumours are accurate, Shadow the Hedgehog could have a minifigure, BrickHeadz and bust in 2024.
