LEGO Mr. Bean may bring comedic chaos to LEGO Ideas
A bumper pack of Mr. Bean builds has a chance of becoming a future LEGO Ideas set, bringing a blend of comedic chaos to the theme.
Mr. Bean’s Suitcase by P.D.G has passed into the LEGO Ideas third 2024 review round just as the results for the first 2024 phase are announced. This unique build uses 1,053 pieces to depict a variety of items, vehicles and characters from the world of Mr. Bean.
It has joined 33 other projects in the third 2024 review and has not yet been approved for a set, but it would be a new license for the LEGO Group covering the iconic Rowan Atkinson character.
Within the decorated suitcase, you’ll find four minifigures including Mr.Bean, Irma Gobb, a Queen’s Guard and the mystery driver of the blue car. The three-wheeled blue vehicle is one of two cars in the project, the other of which is none other than Mr. Bean’s green and black car with a chair to place on top.
For now, the LEGO Mr. Bean model needs to impress the judges in the third 2024 review and we’ll see whether or not this project is successful in the months to come. Here’s everything currently in the third 2024 LEGO Ideas review.
