LEGO Ideas Tractor makes 10K with just days to go
Just a few days before it would miss its chance forever, a brick-built Classic Tractor made it past 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas.
As LEGO Ideas submissions sit on the platform, there are time limits on how long it can take for them to reach the all-important 10K milestone. As sets get more and more popular, extensions can be given. For example, the recently successful Classic Tractor from pezzz had an extra six months added to its existing time limit when it reached 5,000 supporters on January 17, 2022. That meant it was just six days away from timing out when it finally hit 10,000 supporters on December 3.
An homage to a childhood filled with a passion for tractors, the design includes every authentic detail you’d see on a real-life tractor. Plated in bright red in 1950s style, it also comes with a trailer and various functions and accessories, including the cutter bar and the hay turner.
Classic Tractor joins 25 other sets in the final LEGO Ideas review of 2023. Here’s a reminder of the fierce competition already confirmed in the third review stage of the year.
