Reviewing a LEGO set isn’t really the same as reviewing a movie, TV show or video game. You can mostly tell from the pictures what you’re going to get: what a LEGO review can offer is a deeper insight, context and fair assessment of the value of a product, so you know whether it’s worth the money you’re paying, how it stacks up next to other sets and whether it functions as expected (if indeed functions are included).

LEGO Disney 2024 reviews
LEGO Disney served up a handful of sets with appeal for older builders this year, a couple of which were specifically branded 18+ and several that weren’t – but will still find a home with plenty of Disney adults anyway. LEGO Star Wars 2024 reviews
LEGO Star Wars celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024 with an absolutely stacked assortment of sets, among which are seven limited-edition anniversary minifigures that would not otherwise have appeared in regular sets (Jed; Fallen Order’s Cal Kestis, Saw Gerrera, Darth Malak and so on). LEGO Wednesday 2024 reviews
The LEGO Group closed out 2024 with three new themes, Fortnite, Wicked and Wednesday. The latter draws on the Netflix TV series (albeit between seasons) with a BrickHeadz set – scroll back up for that – a mini-doll playset and a giant buildable mini-doll. It’s an eclectic range, but does it deliver for its target audience?
