Stardew Valley Farmhouse gathers up 10,000 votes on LEGO Ideas

Role-playing fans will be happy to hear that the LEGO Ideas project for the Stardew Valley Farmhouse has made it to 10,000 supporters, and now enters the review phase.

Stardew Valley, a simulation game first made in 2016, became a hugely popular sensation, crossing several platforms and sparking stories, fan art and more. To this day many people love the game, the characters, and of course the all important farming aspect as part of the gameplay.

The Stardew Valley Farmhouse project was pitched by LEGO Ideas user fourbrickstall, who noted in the description that Stardew Valley ‘isn’t just about farming though, but building relationships with the villagers and becoming part of the community.’ 

We can see how the different facets of the game are all represented in the complete model, which includes the farmhouse and other in-game details such as a blue chicken, iridium watering can, and void mayonnaise. The interior of the house is also designed to stay faithful to the game, with familiar furnishings and a neat little fireplace.

There are also eight minifigures that have been designed for the set, including the familiar faces of several of the villagers of the game (being the recognisable faces of Sebastian, Elliot, Abigail, Haley, Alex, and Leah, even in minifigure form) as well as a customisable farmer character that represents the player.

The project was able to reach the required 10,000 supporters on the LEGO Ideas website in just 17 days, and given the huge popularity of Stardew Valley, we can see why.
