LEGO Ideas’ second 2022 review gains train project
The LEGO Ideas second 2022 review has expanded again as a decorative train project joins the lineup, designed to store and repair your engines.
The LEGO Group’s modern selection of train models mostly includes an assortment of tracks, a station and trains for passengers and cargo. However, the now-retired 10277 Crocodile Locomotive introduced a train set targeted at an older audience.
Similar to that idea, Mind the Brick has proposed a train shed project to the users on LEGO Ideas, gaining 10,000 supporters and passing it into the most recent review round in the process.
Two small vehicles are featured in the project but the shed looks to be big enough to at least partially store a larger train too.
There are now 27 projects in the second 2022 LEGO Ideas review round, with the selection including the likes of Spongebob, Lilo & Stitch and Indiana Jones.

- LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
