Roman bath would make a uniquely historical LEGO Ideas set
The LEGO Ideas first 2025 review has expanded again with a Roman bath, proposing another aspect of history for the fan-inspired theme.
Junglescream has joined the LEGO Ideas 10k club with their Roman thermae model, complete with a full interior and appropriate minifigures enjoying a day at the bath. Their project joins many others in the first 2025 review, which is starting to look quite full.
Citizens of the Roman empire would use baths as a space to socialise, and this build has a fully-furnished bath for minifigures to enjoy with an indoor caldarium, outdoor bathing area and more spaces to enjoy indoors. This model offers a detailed recreation of the historical location, and one that might not require too many changes to become a set.

The LEGO Ideas team has been open to historical projects previously, from the upcoming 21356 River Steamboat to 21343 Viking Village, and should this submission be approved for a build, the team may opt to curve the corners of the base and experiment with an open and accessible back.
That’s only speculation on our part. For now, this project joins 35 others in the first 2025 review, and it will be interesting to see what the LEGO Group picks out of the varied selection.
