LEGO Ideas Halloween House scares up 10K spooky supporters
A frighteningly fun LEGO Ideas submission has managed to make it into the first review of 2025, with Halloween House being a truly creepy creation.
There’s no stopping the deluge of creative fan-made models being added to the first LEGO Ideas review of 2025 recently. Following the arrival of Minimoog Analog Synthesizer earlier today comes Halloween House, a chilling build designed and constructed by Castor-Troy.
Comprised of a whopping 3,600 pieces, the large Victorian house boasts a decidedly rundown appearance, a fully decorated interior and the ability to open up the building at the back, with two side sections folding out to provide access.
Inside Halloween House is a furnished living room, a kitchen with an old cake that’s been leaking for several weeks, a piece of treasure, a make-up room, an area full of costumes, an attic with a small child’s bedroom and much more.
The fan designer has even gone one step further by creating a suitably spooky backstory for Halloween House’s five included minifigures, the Bricky family, consisting of twins Liam and Amelia, big sister Hannah, plus mom and dad, all off on a Scooby-Doo-style adventure.
In many ways, Halloween House is reminiscent of 10228 Haunted House, a 2,037-piece set released in 2012 that was part of the now defunct LEGO Monster Hunters theme.
For now, we’ll have to wait and see if Halloween House has the spooky staying power to make it all of the way through the first LEGO Ideas review of 2025, with the results due sometime later this year.
